Service Description
Our professional in-home assessment we will discuss your vision for the space, evaluate its current functionality, and identify areas for improvement. You will benefit from expert tips and guidance outlining the approach we would take. Please note that the consultation fee of $100 is non-refundable; however, it can be applied as a credit towards your home organizing package should you choose to proceed with our services. Rest assured, there is no need to clean or organize before our visit! We prefer to observe your space in its natural state to offer you customized solutions.
Cancellation Policy
SESSION PAYMENT Payment is due upon acceptance of the quote via credit card. OPTIONAL PRODUCT PURCHASING We prioritize repurposing but may recommend storage solutions. We can purchase products at cost and bill them accordingly. Payment for products is due upon purchase. If dissatisfied with a product, notify us before the session ends. Once we leave, all products are considered final sales and non-refundable. PROJECT OUTCOMES Success depends on the Client's participation in sorting, editing, and donating. Maintenance relies on the Client’s commitment to preserving the organization. If you are dissatisfied, inform us immediately to address your concerns. CANCELLATION POLICY Provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to allow rescheduling. Fees may apply for late cancellations. Email info@makessensehome.com to cancel or reschedule. DISRUPTION OF SERVICE We reserve the right to terminate services due to repeated cancellations, non-payment, or unsafe/unsanitary conditions. CONFIDENTIALITY Your privacy is respected. Any personal information encountered during services will remain confidential. DONATED OR DISPOSED ITEMS - Responsibility: The Client assumes all responsibility for decisions on donations, discards, and document disposal. - Authorization: The Client authorizes us to transport items for donation/disposal per instructions and accepts liability for items once removed. - Third-Party Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the condition of items or their use after donation. GENERAL LIABILITY By engaging our services, you accept that Makes Sense Home Organizing, LLC is not liable for lost or damaged items during the process. PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE The Client authorizes Makes Sense Home Organizing, LLC to take and share “before and after” photos/videos on social media, the website, or advertising. No financial compensation will be provided. The Client releases us from any claims related to this authorization. By booking this service, the Client agrees to these terms and acknowledges understanding them fully.
